About Eagle Creek Properties
We at Eagle Creek Properties, are a small, family owned company, based out of Southern New Hampshire. Started by a husband and wife team, we are dedicated to our clients, hanging importance on their future just like our own.
Johnny (right) and Brittany (left) choose to raise their family in Atkinson, New Hampshire, where they both were born and raised. “There is nothing like a sense of community a small New Hampshire town brings to raising a family,” Brittany says about their dog, Kash, their twins, Brook & Bella, and their young son, John III.
“We love where we live, and are happy to serve the people in these great communities.”
We decided, our company name, Eagle Creek Properties, should represent a few things that we love. First off, we have a passion for Real Estate! Each property has a story to tell and has a different meaning to each owner. Perhaps you can say, enjoy meeting houses as well as their owners! We are enthusiastic about helping owners with their property solution and assisting them on their journey to freedom yet we also love restoring homes where future buyers can start their story.
On the lake we live on, you will find a family of Bald Eagles soaring high above the water and the trees so free. You can hear the peaceful sound of water trickling through the creeks and flowing into the coves. The lake is calming, it has a sense of freedom, and this is what we call home. We thought this name was fitting as we want to bring the same sense of peace and serenity to our clients.

Johnny DeVitto (CEO & Co-Founder)
Johnny earned his degree in Business management, summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire in 2010.
He started working for his father’s business after graduation, but found his passion for real estate a short time later while remolding his home in 2013.
Remodeling a small lake cottage and transforming it into the family’s dream home was his first look into real estate, and that still, to this day, has him eager and excited about the industry.
Johnny enjoys spending his summer days on the lake, and the winter season skiing and snowmobiling in the White Mountains.
Brittany DeVitto (Co-Founder)
Brittany was awarded an academic scholarship to study Bio-Chemistry at Northeaster University in Boston Massachusetts in 2009.
In 2013 she cut her studies short to begin her construction and real estate career, something that gave her real chemistry!
Having been in the industry for the last ten years, her confidence and knowledge allows her to tackle large scale remodels and development projects. She has a passion for new challenges and creating home designs, especially restoring a home to its former glory. Brittany enjoys the outdoors, all four seasons of NH, being on the water and swimming.
Jenny De Lara (Admin Assistant)
Jenny pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance Management, graduating in 2023. Throughout her studies, she demonstrated exceptional dedication and time management, balancing her academic pursuits with her role as an Admin Assistant at Eagle Creek Properties.
